Continuing our tour of China’s architectural and cultural heritage our next stop is the province of Gansu.
On our trip around China the next stop was Pingyao, the heart of Ming and Qing Dynasty architecture. An investigation into the architectural styles and relative levels of preservation of the Qiao family compound, Shuanglin temple and the old Pingyao city and city wall.
